Hyatt Place Ottawa West

For those attending the Conference in person, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Place Ottawa West. This is the same hotel we used last year.

In our block of rooms, there are rooms with one king bed for $175 per night, plus taxes of 13% HST and 6% MAT. There are also rooms with two queen beds at $185 per night, plus the same applicable taxes. We have these rooms for the nights of Sunday, October 18 and Monday, October 19. To get this rate, rooms must be booked on or before September 18, 2026. After that date, rooms would only be available at whatever is the Hotel’s going rate at that time.

The most convenient way to book is to book on-line.

You can use this direct link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/canada/hyatt-place-ottawa-west/yowzo?corp_id=G-ATHE. Then click on Book . Then enter your dates and click Book Now.

If you can’t book on line, your guests can phone 613-702-9800. Just tell the agent the dates of your reservation and the group code. Your group booking code is G-ATHE. You will need a valid credit card to make the reservation.

The group code will only work for reservations within the group block dates. If anyone wishes to arrive early, or stay later, they should make a reservation within the group block dates and then contact the hotel directly to modify their arrival or departure date. The option to arrive early or stay later is not guaranteed.

Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all reservations made under this group block. Any reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s stay.
